Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Semuliki National Park  ‘’6 to 7hrs’’

Start with an early morning drive from Kampala or Entebbe to Semuliki National Park. You will drive through rewarding countryside, scenic landscapes, with a picnic lunch. Arrive in the late afternoon, check into your accommodation, and head on a nature walk along the Sempaya Nature trail. This trail is known for its hot springs and diverse birdlife, including forest birds and sightings of the rare Nkulengu Rail.

In the evening, go enjoy a birding walk in the evening around the lodge area, searching for active species during that time. Dinner and an overnight.

Day 2:  Morning boat ride /Depart to Kampala

After morning breakfast, head out to experience a boat ride on Lake Albert with a chance to spot water bird species, including the Shoebill stork, Blue Swallow, and Swamp Palm Bulbul, among others. Later in the early afternoon, go on a game drive en route back to Kampala or Entebbe, keeping an eye wide open to watch forest elephants, buffaloes, among others. End of the tour.
