Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Murchison Falls NP
You will be picked up from your agreed point in Kampala by our safari driver-guide, who will brief you about your safari. Then, embark on the journey to the Northwestern Uganda region. The journey from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park takes a 4-to-5-hour drive, inclusive of a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino trekking.
Afterward, proceed to another stop in Masindi town for lunch en route.
Continue to drive to the park entrance and then drive straight to Paraa Landing Site, the “main starting point,” for an exciting boat cruise on the Nile River, where you will encounter hippos, crocodiles, and various water birds. If time allows, go for an evening game drive, where you will see more of the wildlife species.
After an excitement of the day, connect to your booked accommodation, for dinner and an overnight stay at Pakuba Safari Lodge (Midrange) or Parkside safari lodge -Budget

Day 2: Morning game drive and Boat cruise / departure
Wake up early at around 6:00 am, carry a packed breakfast, and then drive to the park to catch up with the early risers’ “big 5 animals.” You will be able to watch them while hunting their prey as well as spotting other wildlife species, like elephants, buffaloes, and giraffes, among others.
Expect to visit the top of the falls, where you will enjoy a rewarding view where the Nile forces its way through a narrow gorge as well as enjoy taking memorable photography. You will then drive back to Kampala with a picnic lunch in Masindi.
Upon arrival in Kampala, you will be dropped off at your hotel or at any place of your convenience.
