Day 1 of your Safari : Transfer to Rushaga sector in Bwindi Impenetrable national park
Drive from Bwindi Impenetrable national park: Being the 1st day of 3 days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation, you’re expected wake up early at your lodge within Kampala or any nearby location as communicated earlier with your tour consultant, be picked up by our company driver and embark on the journey from Kampala to the western part of Uganda via masaka – mbarara – Ntungamo – kabale – Kisoro while viewing several attraction of flora and fauna along the way. Since this day 1 of 3 days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation trip is set aside specifically for driving, you will enjoy all the stopovers including a stopover at the equator for experiments and photographs. Another stopover will be in mbarara at Igongo cultural hotel for lunch and later on proceed with the journey to Kisoro where Bwindi Impenetrable national park is located for check in within Rushaga sector, have dinner and overnight.

Day 2 of your Safari: Gorilla habituation experience in Rushaga sector of Bwindi Impenetrable national park
Gorilla habituation experience : As mentioned earlier, gorilla habituation experience is carried out in Rushaga sector of Bwindi Impenetrable national park thus after an early breakfast on day 2 of 3 days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation , enjoy breakfast, park enough eats and drinks then be driven from your lodge to Rushaga headquarter for a briefing about gorilla habituation experience. Hire a porter and penetrate the impenetrable forest alongside other habituators, researchers and your other 3 travelers since habituation allows only 4 visitors unlike gorilla trekking which allows a maximum number of 8 travelers. Well, you will thrill in Bwindi forest in search of mountain gorillas following them slowly as you try to tame them to be friendly to human beings. Gorilla Habituation takes between 2-8 hours or even more hours depending on the movement of the mountain gorillas as you follow them until they finally settle. Once the gorillas settle, you will be allowed 4 good hours in their presence interacting with them and teaching them how to be socialize with the humans.
