Day 1: Kigali to Volcanoes National Park
Start your day safari, with a Kigali City Tour, including a visit to the Genocide Memorial Museum, Inema Arts Centre, capital market, among others. Then, continue to Volcanoes National Park in Musanze. You can consider an optional evening nature walk to the twin lakes of Ruhondo and Burera. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
On day 2 of the safari, you will wake up early for gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park. Gorilla trekking starts with a short briefing about gorilla rules. After the briefing, hike into the forest trails accompanied by accompany of a park ranger. On finding them, you will be allowed an hour to spend with these gentle giants, learning about their behavior, habits, as well as capturing videos for your future remembrance.
After the trek, return to the lodge for a hot lunch and relaxation.
