Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Kibale National Park
Depending on the point of location, you will be picked up by our safari driver guide who will brief you about the safari. Then after, set off to Kibale National Park. Arrive in Fort portal late afternoon, have your lunch before you continue to your booked accommodation where you will refresh, relax, have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking – Bigodi nature walk
You will have sweat breakfast, connect to the park headquarters with your trekking gears and water. Meet with other trekkers and gather for a briefing from the park officials where you will be guided on the expectations of Chimpanzee trekking. The search may last 2-5 hours depending on their location. The chimpanzees in Kibale are quite easier to locate and you will be allowed to observe them an hour.
After lunch, drive to Bigodi wetland for a nature walk experience of primates and birds. It takes about 2-3 hours walking in a wetland with great view of various different bird species and if you are birder. Bigodi wetland is good to go. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Top of the world and Fort Portal city tour
After breakfast, meet your safari guide to embark for a great hike that takes you through the villages, tea plantations and offers you spectacular views of the mountains, crater lakes beautiful scenery among other.
After the top of the world hike, you will drive back to the lodge for lunch where after you will check out and transfer to Fort Portal town. Arrival visit Amabere Ganyamwiri caves and water falls and enjoy the walking through the caves filled with breast in form of rocks with dripping milk like liquid. The falls at the caves are refreshing. Thereafter, connect to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Fort Motel.

Day 4: Transfer to Semuliki National park-visit hot springs
After breakfast, you will be driven to Semiliki National Park which lasts about 2-3 hours’ drive from Fort portal town. On arrival, you will visit Sempaya hot springs which are the main attractions of Semiliki National Park. After the hot springs visit, you will transfer back to Fort Portal with en-route lunch on the way. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Departure to Kampala
On the last day of the safari, you will have a relaxed breakfast, check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to depart back to Kampala. On the way, you will have en-route lunch and then continue to Kampala.Arriving early evening and upon arrival, your driver guide will drop you off at any convenient place.
