Detailed Itinerary for 7 Days Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth and Lake Mburo Safari
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison falls national park,
Depending on your location in Kampala/ Entebbe on the first day of the safari, our driver guide will pick you up, brief you about the safari and then set off to Murchison Falls National Park in north western Uganda. On the way you will have a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking. After rhino tracking you will continue with another stopover for en-route lunch where after you will continue the drive to Murchison falls national park you will drive directly to the top of the falls where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the waterfalls and enjoying memorable photography among others. From the top of the falls, you will connect to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Sambiya River Lodge – Mid range, Nile Safari lodge – Luxury

Day 2: Morning game drive and boat cruise to the bottom of the falls
After an early breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up from the lodge to go for a morning game drive where you will be able to view number of wild animals such as elephants, buffaloes, Jackson’s hartebeest, warthogs, bush bucks, waterbucks, giraffes many others grazing in the open plains, view predators like lions, leopards, hyenas and also view some bird species. After the game drive, drive back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch you will head for an amazing boat cruise to the bottom of the falls where you will enjoy spectacular views of animals such as elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, warthogs many more can be seen quenching water along the shores, view hippos in water, crocodiles basking along the shores, view aquatic bird species among others. After the boat cruise, you will meet up with your driver guide and then drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight as above.

Day 3: Morning game drive and transfer to Kibale national park
After breakfast, you will go for a short game drive in the park where you will be able to view various animal species that you might have missed the previous day. After the game drive, you will drive out of the park and travel to Fort Portal. While on the way, you will have en-route lunch, stopovers stretch your legs and enjoy thrilling views of the beautiful scenery, Rwenzori mountain ranges, Lake George, crater lakes, tea plantations many others. Upon arrival in Fort Portal, you will check into the lodge for dinner and overnight at Kibale forest camp – Midrange, Chimpundu Lodge – Luxury

Day 4: Top of the world hike and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park,
On this day ,our safari driver guide will pick you up from your hotel after your breakfast ,and go for the top of the world hike which takes you through the villages, tea plantations and offers you spectacular views of the mountains, crater lakes beautiful scenery among other. After the top of the world hike, you will return to the hotel for lunch and after transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park.
Upon arrival in Queen Elizabeth national park, you will go for an afternoon game drive where you will be able to view animals such as buffaloes, elephants, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, warthogs, bushbucks many others. After the game drive, you will drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Elephant Habs – Midrange, Elephant Plains – Luxury

Day 5: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise
You will enjoy early breakfast, you will meet up with your driver to go for a morning game drive which starts in Kasenyi plains where you will be able to view different animals including elephants, lions, buffaloes, waterbucks, bushbucks, warthogs, bird species, take memorable pictures of the landscape, sunrise and others. After the game drive, you will drive to the Crater Lakes where you will visit Katwe Crater Lake, interact with the local people who will be extracting rock salt from the lake so as to earn a living, visit Nyamunuka Crater Lake known as the hospital for animals much others. After the Crater Lakes tour you will drive back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, head for thrilling boat cruise on Kazinga channel where you will get chances to enjoy photography, cruise meters away from large concentrations of hippos and Nile crocodiles in water, other animals such as elephants, buffaloes, antelopes among others, aquatic bird species, view fisher men on the lake shores preparing their fishing gears for night fishing so on. After an impressive boat ride you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight as above.

Day 6: Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Lake Mburo national park
You will meet up with your driver guide to travel to Kalinzu forest for the chimpanzee trekking briefing. After the briefing you will be accompanied by a park guide and start trekking in the forest in lookout of the habituated chimpanzees which takes between 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on where the chimpanzees are found. On finding them, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them in their natural habitat which helps you to learn more about their habits and behaviors as well as recording their moments among others.
After spending one hour with the chimpanzees you will hike back to the starting point where you will meet up with your driver guide and set off to Lake Mburo national park with en-route lunch on the way. Upon arrival in Lake Mburo National Park, you will embark for an evening game drive where you will be able to view animals such as buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, warthogs, waterbucks, impalas, topi many more . After the game drive, you will drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Archidia Lodge – Midrange, Mihingo lodge – Luxury

Day 7: Walking safari and departure to Kampala
On the last day of the 7 Days Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth and Lake Mburo Safari, you will check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to embark for a walking safari with an experienced park guide where you will be able to view some of the animals at a close range, listen to sweet sounds of bird species, take memorable pictures among others.
After the walking safari, you will drive out of the park and depart back to Kampala with en-route lunch on the way and another stopover at the Equator in Kayabwe where you will take photos, buy souvenirs, and then continue the journey to Kampala. Arriving early evening and be dropped off to any place of inconvenience.
