Day 1: Rwanda arrival and hotel transfer

The journey will take you through a thrilling vegetation cover while viewing rolling hills and many more. Expect to arrive in the evening for check in, dinner and overnight sleep.

Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking in Nyungwe forest national park
Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Ruzizi: After breakfast on day 3 of 7 days Rwanda safari tour, pack all that is necessary for you to enjoy the adventure including snacks, water and wear the best gear including water proof hiking boats, garden gloves, long sleeved attire, a cap and then head to the park headquarters for briefing about chimpanzee trekking. After briefing, you will search for these chimpanzees in their natural habitats. Upon finding them, spend only one hour with them taking photographs and closely interacting with chimpanzees. Exit the forest later on and return to your lodge for lunch. Day 4: Transfer to Volcanoes national park in Ruhengeri
Transfer to Volcanoes national park: Enjoy your breakfast in time on day 4 of 7 days Rwanda gorilla trekking and chimpanzee trekking safari tour then check out of the lodge and be driven to Volcanoes national park in Ruhengeri where you will arrive in evening. Proceed to visit the twin Lakes of Burela and Ruhondo.

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes national park
Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes national park: After breakfast on day 5 of 7 days Rwanda gorilla trekking safari tour, meet your safari driver for a transfer to the briefing ground where you will meet other trekkers ready for briefing about the gorilla trekking as early as 7:30am. After briefing, you will penetrate the forest and start the search for the habituated gorillas that have been habituated and ready for trekking. Trekking gorillas lasts between 2-8 hours. Once you find gorillas, you have only one hour in their presence taking photographs and recording some short videos then get of the forest and head back to your lodge for a relaxed evening. You may as well have an option batwa experience for a breath taking cultural performance.

Day 6: Transfer to Kigali for city tour
