Detailed Itinerary
Day 1. Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve ‘’5 to 6hrs drive’’
After breakfast, you will set off from Nairobi in the morning and transfer to Maasai Mara National Reserve. During your drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve, you will enjoy great views of the Rift Valley escarpment as you drive through Kenya’s beautiful highlands. You will have a stopover in Narok town to have a cultural experience of the Maasai culture as you interact with the local community and get to know their traditions and way of life, watch traditional dance performances, see local art and craft work like beaded jewelry in different patterns and colors. You will continue to drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve where you will explore different wildlife species grazing in the nearby savannah plains as you continue your drive to your lodge for check-in as you prepare to have your dinner and overnight stay at Sentrim Mara Camp for Mid-range

Day 2. Full day in Maasai Mara National Reserve
You will start your day with a relaxed breakfast served at your lodge as you prepare to go for your morning game drive in Maasai Mara national reserve. During your game drive, expect to see a wide range of wildlife species such as predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs as well as other wildlife species like elephants, buffalos, hartebeest, zebras, and antelopes among others. During the time of the wildebeest migration, you will be able to watch large numbers of wildebeest move around the savannah plains in search of greener pastures. Lunch will be served at your lodge after your morning game drive. After lunch, you will go for another game drive later in the evening to explore the big fives which include elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at the camp /lodge as above.

Day 3: Transfer to Serengeti national park
You will wake up and have breakfast at your lodge in Maasai Mara National Reserve and after this, you will check out of your lodge and start on a journey to your next destination which is Serengeti National Park. You will be transferred to the Kenya – Tanzania border at Isebania border where you will clear with customs and then meet another safari driver from the Tanzania side who will brief you about the remaining part of your Combined Kenya and Tanzania safari. You will be transferred to Serengeti National Park where you will check in your lodge for dinner and have a night’s sleep at Central Serengeti Tanzania Bush Camp

Day 4. Full day adventure in Serengeti National Park
You will start your day with breakfast and then your guide will drive you for your morning game-viewing experience in Serengeti National Park during which you will be able to watch various wildlife species including elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, rhinos, wildebeests, giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, antelopes, impalas, elands many more. You will visit the Retina hippo pool after returning to your lodge for lunch as you prepare to have an afternoon game drive as you enjoy the open savannah plains and kopjes where you will view lions as they watch their prey. You will enjoy driving around the game park as you search for wildlife species and watch the sunset on the way to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 5. Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Have an early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park and then return to the lodge for breakfast before embarking on your journey to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a crater drive with packed lunch boxes. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a Maasai Bomas visit interact with the locals, and have a game drive as you drive to the lodge. Day 6.Only Flight to Zanzibar
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the lodge, and continue to Arusha arriving in time for your flight to Zanzibar. Arrive in Zanzibar and you will be welcomed by our safari driver guide and be transferred to your hotel of stay check-in, have lunch and relax. Dinner and an overnight stay at Nungwi Dreams by Mantis.

Day 7. Stone Town, Prison Island and Spice Tour
You will also take a private boat from Stone Town to Changuu Island or Prison Island where you will enjoy memorable sightseeing of Giant tortoises and during your tour of the island you will also enjoy snorkeling. You will take a boat from Changuu Island back to Stone Town. On this day you will also engage in a spice tour as you explore the plantations where you will different exotic spices and also get to know the uses of spices such as cloves, cinnamon, and many more. Day 8. Day at Leisure
