Chimpanzee trekking starts very early in the morning with a briefing about the rules and regulation to follow during trekking. After the briefing you will start trekking in forest with an experienced park guide in search of the chimpanzees.  Chimpanzee trekking takes about 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on where the chimpanzees are located because they like to move from one place to another in search of food. During trekking, you will be able to view other primate species, birds, plant and tree species among others. Golden monkey trekking

Golden monkey trekking is done in Mgahinga gorilla national park and its one of the activities in Uganda to do after gorilla trekking. Golden monkey trekking is an active activity that starts early in the morning with a briefing at the park headquarters. After the briefing you will start trekking in the forest following trails of leftover bamboo shoots, fruits and leaves.
