Layout
The lodge lies on large piece of land with well-furnished rooms, main area and spa that are spread out across the gardens and pathways. The main area of the lodge is quite welcoming with rewardable views of the rolling hills, green nature, primates designed with a large open plan composing cozy sofas, a central fire place, the restaurant area, then a garden and veranda area. Rooms
The lodge offers rooms which are individual cottage type, very spacious with a large bed, a corner day-bed area, an open fireplace and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom. Activities

Rooms
The rooms from this camp are totally different to others in Bwindi, rooms here are essentially canvassed tented camps. The rooms were designed with wooden platforms but the overall structure is strong canvas. It has two large beds a desk area with a charging station, en-suite bathroom, an outdoor free standing bath as well as a private veranda. Each room is designed with its own free Wi-Fi connection but not available in the main area.
Activities
Trekking mountain gorillas is the best done activity here .Mountain gorilla trekking starts in the morning at 8:00am after your breakfast ,you will be given a packed lunch boxes ,be dropped to the headquarters for briefing .From here you will be given a sturdy walking sticks ,then be allocated to the gorilla group lead by the park ranger to forest trail heads to search for them in your comfortable hiking boots ,rain jacket ,mineral water bottle ,snacks and a camera to capture photos .Once you meet this endangered mountain gorillas one hour will be given to you to watch them as they feed ,play ,groom their younger ones and taking memorable photography.
Buhoma Lodge
