Chimpanzee Tracking Experience
This is the main done activity in Kibale Forest National Park ,starts early in the morning with a briefing at the park headquarter about chimpanzee tracking rules .After you will meet up with park ranger to accompanies you in forest trail heads to look for habituated chimpanzee species .This activity can last from 30 to 5 hours hiking through the forest where you will have other chances to spot bird species and other primates like monkeys .But once you locate the habituated chimpanzee family ,you will be given an hour in a distance of 4 to 5 to watch them as they play ,feed ,groom their younger ones ,take pictures for future remembrance .It will be best of time in life to meet up with our closest related cousins in their nature inhabitant whom share 99% DNA.
Visit the Tea Plantations
This activity involves in hiking which can take 1 to 2 hours walking through the tea field and interacting with the locals while they harvest tea and care at the nursey beds. This is a special experience in life where you will be guided with the locals through teaching and explaining to you the whole process of growing and harvesting tea. More so, you will be able to learn about different types of tea and their gestation period. You can as well request for a visit to a nearby tea factory but if you visit at right day for visitors to the factory.
Birding Experience in Kibale Forest
This is so interesting activity that may take you about 2 to 3 hours right from Chimpanzee Forest Guest House and you will hike around the three crater lakes great area for birding and you will be able to spot beautiful species of birds including water birds such as; Crowned hornbills, malachite kingfishers, black and white casqued hornbills, turacos, robin charts, woodlands kingfishers, blue breasted giant kingfishers, Crowned hornbills among others.

Along your visit to Chimpanzee Forest Lodge you can choose to visit the amazing crater lake which can take you about 2 to 3 hours while walking through the community and get a chance to interact with the locals in the area as you continue to hike to the three crater lakes namely; Lake Nyabikere, Lake Nyinabulitwa and Nyamirima whereas the guides explaining to you their historical back ground and how important they are to the community.
