It has animals like antelopes, bush elephants, topis, impalas and many other forest animals. It is also a hub of over 100 bird species and over 500 tree species. It has amazing sceneries especially if you take on the climb to the mountain top. Activities done at the destination include but not limited to:- mountain climbing, game drives, nature walks, community tours among others.

Sipi Falls

A three in one stunning waterfalls found on the slopes of Mount Elgon. On top of hiking the falls you get a chance enjoy the scenic backdrop of these magnificent falls. You bird watch, nature walk and visit local communities and also coffee plantations.

Most people that visit the Sipi falls are on special relaxation vacations or trips that offer you some middle like adventure and relaxing moments.

Others falls in the eastern region are the sezibwa falls that have an interesting story behind them and offers a similar experience as the sipi falls.

Itanda falls and Jinja city

The itanda falls are considered the hub of thrilling and adrenaline rush activities. At this falls you have activities like bunge jumping, white water rafting, canoing and many more. The Itanda falls are in Jinja city and this city has also other exciting features like the soucrce of the nile and many more.

Also known as the animal hub is known for its variety of animals from mountain gorillas, chimpanzees to the big five, the lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants and rhinos

A UNESCO World Heritage site and the park with over 100 of the world population of mountain gorillas, this park is known for mountain gorilla trekking all through the year. Among the other activities that include but not limited nature walks, nature walks, community tours and others.

  1. Queen Elizabeth National Park

The most popular national park in the country, its home to over 1000 Savanah animal species and about 2000 bird species plus the kazinga channel that gives its viistors a serene experience on the water like no other.   1. Kibale Forest National Park

If you are a primate lover this is the best place for you to see chimpanzees in their natural habitat as it’s the capital of primates. But also this park gives its visitors a chance to enjoy birds in bigodi swamps among other things.
