Safari Confirmation
In order to confirm your safari – you will be required to send your full names, scanned passport or passport numbers to enable us reserve your permits and accommodation in advance.
Make Payments ‘’20%, 50% of the total cost of the tour’’
The 50% of the total cost of the tour must be paid in order to reserve your Gorilla permit among other items. Payments can be wired direct to our company bank account or paid online by credit card. The moment we receive your payments, we shall send you a confirmation email together with the copy of the receipt indicating the outstanding balance.
We shall have to pay for your Gorilla permits and after send you a scanned copies for you to confirm that everything is properly arranged for your successful trip. Other permits like Chimpanzees and Golden monkey permits ‘if applicable’’ shall also be paid as well as lodge.
