Ekitaguriro (Bakiga)
This is practiced by the Bakiga people in the Southwestern parts of Uganda this is mostly performed during weddings, ceremonies, and celebrations involving rhythmic hand clapping, foot stomping, and body movement hence this dance requires energy to practice and it is also a respected dance in the kiga nation
Adungu Dance (Acholi)
The Acholi culture is one of the other exciting tribes in the country and also there is a traditional dance that is practiced by these people and this is the adungu dance mostly carried out from the northern parts just like all the rest of the dances this is well is carried out on traditional ceremonies like weddings, initiation, and homecoming events using a key instrument known as the adungu (a large stringed instrument) and drums.
Omuziki Gunyama (Basoga)
This is carried out by the Basoga people during celebrations, and it is known for its lively and rhythmic movements making it an exciting dance to sight and to also learn hence one of the dance all sightseers should try out while on traditional safari in uganda.
